Community nursing care facilities can enable you to achieve your medical and personal goals, enabling you to maintain a healthy and functional lifestyle. You can access nursing care services on a regular or occasional basis.
Development – Life Skills
Our experts can help you develop and enhance your living skills so that you can function independently. As part of your NDIS plan, our tailored offerings can help with the essential life skills.
Household Tasks
Anytime Care assists with domestic duties by appointing qualified individuals to assist with the activities. They support clients with cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, and a range of other daily duties.
Participate Community
Our ‘Community Participation Support Program’ will help the individual improve their physical and mental wellbeing. As disability should not be a barrier to anyone living their life to the fullest.
Group & Centre Based Activities
Assisting participants to participate in group-based community, social and recreational activities. Whether it’s joining community events, social gatherings, or recreational outings
Behaviour Support Plans Implementation
We implement Behaviour Support Plans with qualified staff i.e.: Restrictive Practices, Safe Use of Restrictive Practices, Positive Behaviour Support, Incident Reporting.
